Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, waiting time and surcharges, under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII.
Cancellation
- Over 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
- 2–24 hours: 20% fee of the price.
- Under 2 hours: 50% fee of the price.

Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via a licensed payment service provider, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Payment Services' No. 1591-IX.
No-shows and waiting time
Free waiting is 15 minutes in cities and 60 minutes at airports or borders after confirmed arrival; after that, UAH 200 per started 30 minutes. Absent or unreachable guests are a no-show with no refund.
Tolls, parking, border fees and taxes
Checkout totals include the fare, taxes and surcharges listed in your confirmation. Tolls, parking, vignette and border fees are included or shown before payment, never added later.
Your rights and complaints
Nothing limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX. Write to contact@sounddesiggn.com; we reply within 10 business days, and you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Carriage is licensed under the Law of Ukraine 'On Motor Transport' No. 2344-III.
