2. Services and licensing
We arrange passenger road transport for hire in Ukraine and, where stated at booking, cross-border journeys. Carriers hold the required licence under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity’ No. 222-VIII and the Law of Ukraine ‘On Motor Transport’ No. 2344-III.
3. Bookings and prices
The total price in UAH is shown before confirmation. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Payment Services’ No. 1591-IX; payment terms appear at checkout.
4. Vehicle classes and travel times
Classes are subject to availability and may be replaced by an equal or higher class. Travel times are estimates only and depend on traffic, weather and checkpoint queues.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate pickup, drop-off and contact details.
- Be ready on time, wear seat belts and respect the declared passenger and luggage limits.
- Do not carry prohibited goods.
6. Waiting, cancellation and fees
Waiting is free for 15 minutes in cities and 60 minutes at airports; the waiting charge shown at booking then applies. Cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup is free of charge.
7. Liability
Our liability for a journey is limited to the fare paid, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’ No. 3153-IX.
8. Complaints
Write to contact@sounddesiggn.com first. If unresolved, you may complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
9. Cross-border transfers
Where offered, you must hold valid travel documents and follow border rules; border queues are not included in estimated times.
10. Personal data and cookies
We process names, phone numbers and payment data under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ No. 2297-VI with a lawful basis and a data-subject rights notice. Non-essential cookies are set only after your prior informed consent.
11. Advertising and language
Advertisements are identifiable and accurate as required by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Advertising’ No. 270/96-VR. Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language’ No. 2704-VIII; this English version is additional.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the published version applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
