Data we collect

Name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger count, messages and technical data. Card data is entered with a licensed payment provider.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to prepare quotes, confirm bookings, assign drivers, support you, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. Bases: consent, contract performance and legal obligations under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI.

Sharing

We share necessary trip details with the assigned driver, licensed payment service providers under Law of Ukraine 'On Payment Services' No. 1591-IX, IT contractors and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the booking, accounting and claims, then delete or anonymise it. We apply technical and organisational safeguards.

Cookies

Non-essential cookies and trackers are set only after prior informed consent, as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII we publish our legal name, EDRPOU code, address, contacts and terms of sale. Consumer information is provided under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX, including the total price and the complaint route to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Information about services is provided in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII. Where passenger road transport for hire applies, carrier licence details are available under Law of Ukraine 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' No. 222-VIII and Law of Ukraine 'On Motor Transport' No. 2344-III.
