Every journey below is given as a range and labelled est. Travel times and arrival estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, and checkpoint queues.

02 Vehicle

Vehicle fit by passengers and luggage

Class changes the space around you, not the arrival routine. Every vehicle is driven by a named chauffeur, insured for passenger transport, and met at the door. The class is confirmed in the written quote, together with the route and stop list.

04 Pricing

Pricing and policies

Every transfer is quoted in writing from four inputs: the route, the vehicle class, the passengers and luggage, and any planned stops. We do not publish a per-kilometre rate, because city access rules, waiting time and road conditions change the real cost of a journey. The figure on the quote is the figure you pay unless you change the booking.

01Included in every quote

  • Door-to-door pickup and drop-off at the addresses named in your request.
  • Named driver, the confirmed vehicle class, fuel, road tolls and parking on the planned route.
  • Arrival coordination: flight or train tracking, a name board at the exit, and 60 minutes of free waiting on inbound airport arrivals.
  • Passenger transport insurance for the whole journey.

02Possible surcharges

  • Waiting beyond the free window, billed in 30-minute blocks and shown on the quote before you confirm.
  • Additional stops or a route change requested after confirmation.
  • Departures between 22:00 and 06:00, and journeys on public holidays.
  • Oversized luggage, sports equipment or pets in carriers that were not declared at booking.

03Cancellation and changes

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Nothing is charged.
  • Inside 24 hours, a single-hour charge for the assigned vehicle applies.
  • If nobody appears at the agreed pickup point after 30 minutes of waiting and two calls to the contact number, the booking closes at pickup time.
  • Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Each written quote carries a reference, the vehicle class, the total in UAH and the cancellation window that applies to it. Full terms sit in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
